On student discount but got charged 11.99

I have been paying 5.99 for the past months but suddenly they charged me 11.99. Why? I re applied for student discount. But can I get a refund?

Hey! Thanks for coming to the community for help 🙂

Make sure to check your status on your account page to make sure you're still on the student subscription. The student discount lasts for a year, and when it's near expiration you should get an email with an "Extend discount" button. I don't believe there is a way to receive a refund, but after extending the discount you will go back to being charged the discounted rate.
