One email, two subscriptions?

One email, two subscriptions?

Is it possible to have two subscriptions attached to the same email?

I got a new card and didn't put it in the system so my subscription ran out. When I updated the card it charged me 9.99 (using the same email/password) instead of my student rate 4.99, I went on my account to redo the student eligibility and it went through fine. I won't be charged the 9.99 anymore will I?

Hey @Shayli ,

It sounds as though you have paid for a full price premium and a further student plan.

You can check your current account status by taking a look here:

Further, you can check any payments here:

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hey @Shayli!

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help you out here.

It looks like, when you registered your new credit card, you accidentally purchased a Premium subscription instead of the student discount. No worries though, you should be able to cancel that Premium subscription here and enroll for the student discount here. I'd also suggest reading this Support article for me info.

Keep me posted 🙂
