My Question or Issue

One of my family members suddenly become non-premium. We've been subscribing premium account since Sept 2018. His login email is still the same as in the family premium list. Kindly help. Thanks

Sometimes it's important to verify the details once filled on the app regstration.

In order to do so and figure out why this specific family memeber was removed from the family plan, please contact support through this page.

 

They will take a closer look and provide you with an answer.
