One of my family members can't log in to my family premium account

One of my family members can't log in to my family premium account

Hello! I have invited my husband, children and mother to my premium account, all of them have logged in easily except my mother. We all live in the same place and we have followed the same steps for her subscription than we did with the children, but we keep receiving a message that says they can't confirm we share the same address. Help! Anyone?
