I have searched for days now for a solution to my issue.  Why not have a 'customer help line' like most places do?  I want to upgrade from Premium to Family - and can't.  I can't login with any of the options.  There's no way to see which email is associated to my account.   I'm afraid to sign in new and lose all my existing songs. I am afraid to reset using my old email as I can't access this.   I'm not sure why this is so complicated honestly LOL!  I should be able to go into SPotify on my phone - click subscriptions -  upgrade to Family...that's it.    Could someone perhaps let me know how to get some help.   Thanks. Lise

You can in fact contact Spotify directly using the chat feature by visiting https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/  🙂

 

Also, have you logged in to the Spotify site or on a different device? , if so you can use that to find out the email address associated with your account.
