[Other] Switched to Premium Duo by accident, no option to switch back to Premium

I accidentally switched to Premium Duo and was charged for it but only want a regular premium account. When I go into Change Plan there is no option to switch back to regular Premium.

Could you try canceling your subscription following these steps and let me know if you then get an option to switch to the Individual Premium plan?

Ok I Canceled and it only gives me the option of Premium Duo and Premium for Students

Got it. Right now, it's best to cancel your Premium Duo subscription, and once it's 4/9/2021 (after your Spotify reverts to Free), you can upgrade to the Premium plan. Doing this won't make you lose any saved content on your account, so no need to worry about that.

If you'd like, I can check back in on 4/9/2021 to see if you were able to switch back to Premium.
