My Question or Issue

 I lost Access to the whole account, I currently am still paying, using another account I added to the family plan. I want to get my account back so I can manage the people using the family plan.

I understand your concern. In this case, could you try searching for any Spotify emails you have recieved under any email address you may have? If that doesn't work, please check out this guide to find your account.
