P129 Promo for 3 months Stopped After One Month?

Hi, I signed up for the P129 for 3 months of Premium promo from Spotify Philippines on May 31 but now I've went back to Spotify Free. Any clarifications would be of great help, thanks!

Hey @Janray9

To get the 3 month promo you must have left Premium before April 15th, and not have used a similar promo in the past.

That offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
