PAGAMENTO FOI REALIZADO MAS ASSINATURA NÃO FUNCIONA

Todos mês cai na fatura do cartão de crédito o valor mensal do Plano Familiar do Spotify, sendo assim, o valor do mês passado já foi pago e todos os usuários ficaram com o Spotify Free. 

Gostaria de uma solução urgente, a assinatura continua inativa há mais de 3 dias

Thanks for getting in touch! Hope it's okay if we reply in English.

 

All users must reside on the same address. If all sub-accounts have reverted back to Free but the admin account is still Premium, then it's safe to say that the users didn't pass the verification and have been removed from the plan.

 

If all users including the admin account have reverted back to Free, you could try to sign up again for Premium for Family. You can do this here.
