PAY BY MOBILE NOT WORKING

Hi. Pay by mobile is not working on my account. I have been paying thru this method for months now and when I’m about to pay my subscription for this month, there’s no option of paying by mobile. I’m from Philippines and my carrier is Globe. I don’t have Paypal and Credit Card so i really need this to keep my account going. Hoping for a response asap.

Try following the steps listed here using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference. You can also give it a try using a different device to see if it helps.
