Hi, I payed ₺6.99 to Spotify but I couldn't take Spotify Premium yet. Please help me about it.

If you paid for Spotify Premium, but you don't have access to the Premium benefits, try following this troubleshooting. This is to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

If you only have one account, but the payment shows as pending on your bank statement, it means that the payment didn't complete and it should go back automatically to your bank account.

 

However, if the payment went through and you only have one account, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll take a closer look at your account and help you out as soon as possible.
