PLS HELP ME ASAP

Pls help me regarding my avail to Spotify Premium of their 3 months promo. I have this problem since yesterday and until there is still no solution yet. I went to their website the spotify.com/premium and have access for a Premium and Pay through load balance. Now, my problem is I can't receive any pin code at all. I contacted Spotify & the network I use, follow what they say but nothing worked. I troubleshooted, I have enough balance, I tried it in a desktop & all. Spotify told me to check this through Fortomu but when I tried to send them my own concern upon filling this up it says that my Phone number is invalid (?) and when I checked it on Spotify website I also noticed. I've spend soo much money on this but the app doesn't work for me. Please, if ever you could help me solve this problem, pls do so I'm really hoping this will be solve ASAP. Your help would mean so much to me. god bless!
