PREMIUM ACCOUND NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT FOR ONE YEAR

I have made payment of 1189 for one year premium membership on 14th October. Even after successful money transfer, my account is still not premium. I've got confirmation from bank that you've received the payment. Please activate my premium account . Is there any email id so that I can share the transaction proof.

If you've upgraded to Premium but don't see the Premium features on your account, we'd recommend checking out this FAQ. If you're still having issues, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
