I am a prepaid premium user

I process paymnet thru dragon pay yesterday and a confirmation email was sent to me early this morning that my subscribtion is now in session but when i open app im still on my free trial, when i check my subscription status on the website im still in free trial. How can i get im to my premium accnt? Please give me feeb back

Hey @rodelsorsano,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
