I have spotify premium, 9.99 was alreasy taken from my account. The problen is that the app doeant aeem to recognize that i have a premium account. I can only use free features? Example: i cant skip songs or put songs on repeat or anything like that. I paid for a service if i cant use it all month i want my money back...

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
