My Question or Issue

 Buongiorno, sono due giorni che cerco di rinnovare il pagamento del mio account premium family ma mi da errore pagamento non riuscito.

Ho provato a usare sia PayPal che carta di credito, a cambiare browser, a farlo sia su PC che da cellulare, ho provato a disdire premium passare a free e ripassare di nuovo a premium ma senza successo.

If you're having troubles paying for Premium, we'd first suggest heading here.

If that doesn't help, you mention seeing an error message. Could you let us know what it says?
