Pagar Spotify premium

Cuando quiero poner la tarjeta pes pagar premium no me deja, por que dice que la tarjeta y el pais de la cuenta no coinciden. Como puede ser esto posible? Por qué antes si pagaba y no había problema pero ahora no me deja pagar. 

Por favor alguien que sepa me puede ayudar.
