Page Not Found error when trying to activate Hulu

I let my student spotify lapse and realized it today.  I went to redo it and was able to get the discount activated, as well as Showtime.  When I try to reactive Hulu, which I ended up getting charged for again as well, I get a webpage that says:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://signup.hulu.com/spotify might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

It hasn’t work for over a month now...
