Pago de Premiun mediante Paypal pero no se activa mi Premium

Pague por medio de Paypal pero al final e dice q el pago es diferente a mi país Lo que pasa es que al final si se descontó de mi tarjeta de crédito los 5.99 y no tengo la cuenta premium de la misma.

I'll be happy to help, and I hope you don't mind me replying in English. Is the payment method you used to sign up for Premium registered in the same country as your Spotify account? You can check your country settings in your account overview page here. 

Also, as you check the account overview page, does the status of the account say Free or Premium? And are you able to use any Premium features in the app (such as downloading a song, or unlimited skips)?
