Hoy quise cambiar a Spotify Duo y realice el pago, incluso me cobraron pero no me activaron el premium y tampoco aparece en la lista de recibos en la pagina de Spotify.

Hey @JustMandarina,

 

Hope you don't mind me replying in English as it's the official language here.

 

If you can't find the receipt on your account page, you most likely have multiple accounts. I'd recommend checking out this article for more info on how locate your Premium Duo account.

 

Once you do that, you can close the Free account to avoid further confusion in the future - just make sure you're logged in there first.
