Buenos días, pagué el servicio premium por adelantado, un año, utilizando rapipago (tengo el recibo conmigo), y sigo con el servicio gratuito.¿Cómo debo proceder?

Welcome to the Community! We hope you don't mind us responding in English as this is the official language of the forum. 

 

If you've paid and you've been charged, make sure you're logging into the correct account as you can be logged into two separate Spotify accounts both in the app and on our web page here

 

We recommend that you log out > log back in and if you think it's possible that you have more than one account, it's worth checking this article

 

If you're sure you're logged into the correct account, but you're still seeing ads, give us as many details as possible (is this happening during music/podcast playback for example) so we can decide what is best to suggest next.
