Pague Spotify pareja y no me llega mi acceso

Hola, hice el pago para mi Spotify de pareja y se hizo al cargo a mo tarjeta pero no me llegó alguna notificación para hacer el cambio de free a completar.

As we can't view your accounts from the forum, your best course of action would be to check your subscription status on your Account Overview page first.

In case something is off there as well, you can check with your bank if the transaction has been successful.
If it has been but you still only see Spotify free, reach out to our support folks and they'll take a deeper look into this for you and help you out!
