Pague individual por error y no familiar

Pague por error un año de plan individual pero en realidad quiero plan familiar, como puedo realizar el cambio pagando la diferencia?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If you made a prepaid payment for the wrong type of subscription by mistake, you can change it under Your plan section in your account page. To do so, log in to your Account page and scroll down to see your plan details. Then, you just need to hit the button "Change plan" and select the Family plan.

 

Keep in mind that the system will not make a charge for the difference, but instead, the Premium time will be shorter as the Family plan is more expensive than the individual one.

 

However, if you're having any issues to make the change, as we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
