Hola, pague por un plan individual. Me descontaron de la cuenta PERO NO TENGO EL PREMIUM. 

Quiero mi dinero de nuevo o que minimamente me den el servicio que contrate.

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that the payment actually went through. If you have actually paid according to your payment provider but there is no receipt, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
