Pague un prepago de 6 meses anticipados y me suspenden el servicio

Pague un prepago de 6 meses anticipados y me suspenden el servicio

Se me venció el plan familiar el 15 de abril que tenía pagado por 6 meses a partir del 15 de octubre 2021. Pero para evitar la suspensión hice un prepago por otros 6 meses el 12 de éste mes de abril con un número de referencia que ustedes me dieron para hacer el pago en Oxxo y lo hice por $1,079.00. Y hoy 16 ya no funciona mi plan. Necesito de favor que me lo restablezcan. Está a nombre de Sergio Medrano Rivera
