Paid 69€ for all 2018 year subscription, but now my subscription has ended

Paid 69€ for all 2018 year subscription, but now my subscription has ended

Hi,

I had normal premium subscription and recently I've subscribed for the 12 months premium subscription promotion for 69€, on December 29th, and I've payed and received the receipt, but now i´ve been receiving email's saying that I will lose spotify premium in X days, and today I received an email saying that my subscription was interrupted.

 

I already have chated with your support on January 4, 2018, with Richard D about this problem, and he said that was everything OK with my subscription, so i should ignore those emails, and now I lost my premium!!

If you go to my receipts history, you can check that i've already payed.

Please, correct this situation, I've already payed the next 12 months of spotify.
