Paid $9.99 for premium, still have free version

So I have 2 frustrating problems. First, I received an offer for 3 months for $0.99. I clicked the offer, and the page wouldn't load, so I went back, and when another ad that said 3 months popped up I clicked. This time it worked, and I was charged $9.99?! Were there 2 offers, and only the one that randomly cost $9 would load?? Very shady in my opinion. On top of that, my account is still showing free! This is ridiculous.
