Paid Premium - two account

My sister and me got the premium account with the last Spotify offert (0.99 euro/month for three months) yesterday night and we paid with the same credit card. In the beginning Spotify wrote that there was a problem, but then we did. 

I discovered now, from the bank balance, that the second payment was 9.99 euro instead of 0.99 euro.

Can anyone tell me how this happened or why this happened?

Was a problem used the same credit card?

Hey there @kikka, welcome to the community!

 

That's not good. Unfortunately, the offer is available for users who haven't had Premium before, so using the same payment method to claim it twice made it like you've already tried Premium and thus the second time you got the regular price instead.

However, there's a Premium for Family option you might like to consider after the promo offer ends, you can check it out here.
