i tried everything you said(includes calling my bank, they said money
delivered spotify's stockholm account) but i still cant use my premium
account. By the way i did the payment twice. One of it has to be refund.

Can you help me? Here are my latest transactions from bank.

To check, are you definitely logged into the right account that's got the Premium subscription? It might be worth checking the steps here to establish that you're not logged in to a duplicate Free account.

checked  dont have another account.  think real problem is spotify
didnt get my money and  talk to my bank they say the transaction is
completed. Or there might be a problem with the sheerid. Please help this
is getting annoying for me.
