Paid for 3 months premium but didn't get the premium

Paid for 3 months premium but didn't get the premium

Hi. So I saw this ad of spotify giving 3 months premium for 0.99. I bought it on my other account that's free and I even got the receipt saying that I have the premium now but when I log it to the account it's said that I'm still on a spotify free. I have tried all things ( login with the username from the receipt, relogging multiple times, etc) but it still says free. So I made a brand new spotify account with a new email and bought it again and the same thing happen. I don't know if the problem is on me or if everyone got this issue too but can someone help and if I can't get the premium I'd want to get the money back.

I'm sorry to hear this. There is currently a Live Issue on this, and I'd recommend taking a look at it here. Please '+VOTE' for it, and whenever there is an update (should be soon), you'll get an email notification.

It's been a few weeks now and it still not solved...

Do you maybe  know what happened ?

Because I thought it would be solved within a few days.

Thanks for reaching back out! I understand your frustration. Since this Ongoing Issue is under Investigation, Spotify is currently still working on it, and you'll get an update in the thread as soon as Spotify has one.

Same issue here, I also voted but it is seems  to be hard issue to solve....looping at the time it takes to solve it
