Paid for Family Premium and still shows free subscription

Paid for Family Premium and still shows free subscription

I upgraded my plan from free to the Premium Family plan as of yesterday.  I have confirmed payment was already posted.  I have signed off and on so many times now just in case it needed to sync but nothing...this is getting too frustrating now.  I am looking to cancel my subscription today.  Please advise.

Still having trouble with your subscription? It sounds like you're logging in to a Free account, and have your subscription on another account. Try logging out and then back in with other email addresses or usernames you might've used. Also try logging in with Facebook.
