Paid for Premium and still doesn't work!

My Question or Issue

Paid for Premium on 3 rd May and it still doesn't work. Money has been debited from my Paytm Account the same day.

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts.

Take a look at this page under ''Do you have more than one Premium account?'' to see what you can do to locate your second account.

I have tried that already and I don't have more than one account. This is the only one that I have and this problem still persists.
