Paid for Premium but still a Free Account

Paid for Premium but still a Free Account

I've upgraded my free account to Premium by subscribing with a discount plan for Vietnam, 5,900 VND/month for first 3 months. My account was debited 5,900 but my account still remains Free. I've waited for 2 days and tried to log out/relogin but nothing changed. I already tried on both phone and laptop. 

What can I do?

Thanks for your comment. I did try all 3 steps

1. Logout/Relogin many times in 2 days

2. My bank account was debited and I received sms from bank for that transaction. So I believe I have no problem for payment

3. I use only 1 email for Spotify sO I don't think I miss my Premium in another account

 

😞 its so hard to contact Spotify for checking

Then you should try contacting support through here. If you get in touch via email, you should send a screenshot of your bank statement + SMS confirmation so that the Customer Support team can see what's happening backstage. Hope it gets resolved 🙂
