Paid for Premium- does not work

Paid for Premium- does not work

Hi- I purchased a premium account and it is only showing as Free. I was granted a few free months but I did pre-pay the entire 12 month year and now I am not getting it. I bought the year subscription in June and my three free months just ended, so my paid premium year should be active right now. Please help- I have tried using for days and I dont have acess to premiu. I checked the other boards and none of those options helped.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

We'd suggest checking first this support site article to find more info on the next steps if your Premium subscription isn't working.

 

You can also take a look at the email receipt we sent at the start of your yearly subscription and double check if the username you're seeing on it is the same as the one in your account page. If it isn't, it's possible you have more that one accounts that your yearly plan was applied to. In that case, you can follow the steps here to access that account.
