Paid for Premium, not getting Premium

Hi. Paid for 3 months of Premium. Account status still "free". Logged out and back in on all devices, verified payment went through May 22. Don't have any other accounts. Tried logging out and in using FB too. Still listing "free." What's going on?

I'm having the exact same problem! The transaction went through the bank and everything !!

i'm having this problem as well? yesturday my app wasn't working so i deleted it and redownloaded it and logged in and it's saying i don't have premium??
