i Paid yesterday for a 3 moth subscription, and stil got no Premium.

It is paid, and can show it, through bank records.

Could you try following some troubleshooting steps here? If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of your account overview page? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I have the same problem. I subrscibed for a 3 month free trial and I got a verification mail that the payment was a succes but I still dont have a premium account.

Thanks for posting here!

 

We'd advise you to try the following:

 

  1. Check on your account page if the email linked to your Spotify account matches the one you received the confirmation on. 
  2. Check what the subscription status on the same page is.
  3. Is your Spotify payment marked as 'pending' on your bank statement? If so, the funds will be returned to you.
  4. Did you check if you have another account on which you might have activated Premium?
