Paid for an account that used a promo for free spotify premium.

So I did a kind thing for a friend, (no longer friends) and I let them use a spotify premium free deal. I didn't realize that my paypal account was tied to it, and today I got charged for premium. Is there any way I can get my money back? I can link the account that I had made for my friend.
