Paid for premium and now they want to charge me again

Two days ago I got a notification that I needed to change my payment method for premium or else it would expire. I had a new credit card so that made sense. I changed the payment method and paid for premium for a year (1 188 SEK) the money was drawn from my account two days ago. Now I get a notification saying I need to change my payment method AGAIN and they want to debit 99 SEK per month which was my previous payment method.

But since I've already paid for a year I shouldn't have to upgrade my payment method again.

Anyone who knows what's going on or how I solve this problem?
