Paid for premium, but account is acting like I am on a free trial

Paid for premium, but account is acting like I am on a free trial

I bought the 1 year Premium subscription sale thing in December. My account is acting like I am on a free trial. I have tried logging on and off. 

I cannot live chat with spotify, and when I used their form,  they just emailed me to log in and out.

So far, I am NOT impressed.

What can I do to get what I PAID for??

Well there are multiple things you could do... one would be to restart your phone, another restarting the app, and also the thing is a free trial is premium, I’m guessing though that you could have possibly already activated a free trial then bought the Premium
