Paid for premium but i still not working as premium

Paid for premium but i still not working as premium

Hello! Today i bought spotify premium via paypal,and i got one month for free. I did that 4hours ago and on my account it says that i have active spotify premium account but when i log into application on my desktop i still see that i have exceeded my 10 hours and can't listen to any song. what should i do? I have already tried to reinstal spotify and log in and out several times.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

There does appear to be some ongoing delays with upgrades. Give it a little more time, should sort itself out.

I have the same problem, just signed up today with pay pal, but at the top of my app when I try to play something it also says that my premium trial is over..

Have the same problem! 2 hours since I entered my code, for a month premium.. But still nothing have happened! 

It has been confirmed there is currently an ongoing server issue, have a read at this topic

Apparently this issue is still ongoing... Uhhhh. Whats the date????

I have same problem too.. i've already paid but i cant connect as premium. Beside that, i have transfer and they said thay accepted my transfer.

I have the same problem. Paid with paypal, it is retired from my bankaccount. I reinstalled spotify but still no premium.Is it normal I didn't receive an email with the confirmation by spotify that I bought premium?

Spotify har dragit pengar från kontot den 3nov men i fredags hade jag ej premium. Jag har försökt få svar på detta men det är helt omöjligt och det går inte kontakta Spotify. Hur löser ni detta?
