Paid for premium but wont work

Paid for premium but wont work

Using MOLPOINTS I paid twice for premium but it still won't work. I have two receipts for my purchases but it's very infuriating when it won't work. I've logged out and back in multiple times and emailed spotify but they haven't replied with a useful answer so does anyone know what I can do?

You should try to read this post, wich will help you troubleshoot and fix your problem.

If it doesn't solve the issue, maybe contact Spotify over here and provide your payment receipt, they should be able to help.
