Paid for premium, got on the website, but still have the free version on my app.

So upgraded to a premium account on the website, and i seemed to work, showed premium and all. But the account still shows free on the app. So i tried to upgrade again but have already used the offer according to spotify. I can log in on the app, but the exact same e- mail and password dosent work on the website !? I just want my regular facebook account to work as a premium, and not having to pay double. Wrote a question to spotify but only got a computer generated link to log on to my facebook account. I might have double accounts, but i cant acsess the one i actually pay for. What do I do?

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

• If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
• If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
• If you use your email adress to log in, try entering your username instead.
