Paid for premium still on free

Paid for premium still on free

I had lost my card. So I have ordered another one and it takes seven to ten working days for the card to arrive.

Meanwhile, will you guys be able to give me your details and I'll forward my payment online before the month ends please. And as soon I get my card I will update my details.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

Right now, we can't give you any details to pay for the subscription directly on your end. However, you can update your payment method anytime.

 

In case you don't have other payment methods available, Spotify will continue to try to process the payment every couple of days.

 

You'll receive an email notification a few days before the account goes back to Free. Fingers crossed you'll have enough time for the new card to arrive.
