Paid for service but NOT getting it on the phone....can't cancel it or make changes??

I had spotify running on a pad. Loved it and got a Samsung phone. Fell in love with the downloaded playlists and then they got locked off by Spotify. I then registered my acct and now spotify is pretty much not doing anything for me....won't download, can't use the music other than where I have wifi. This is not okay....I gave my cc number and since then I can't use spotify at all. I need it for upcoming holiday...HELP!!!

Hey @lymerunner63 and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.

I've been working on this all day...still can't get the acct on my Samsung
to accept that I have premium even though it has the receipt etc processed!
