Paid for subscriltion after 30 days. Did not work.

Paid for subscriltion after 30 days. Did not work.

Paid for subscription today after 30days. And it did not work. I logged out and logged back in. Still same issue. I've cancelled the membership and please give me my money back, as i don't have a money tree in the backyard.

Have you subscribed to the free trial, or have you paid for Premium but couldn't access your features?

 

In terms of getting a refund, I'd recommend checking out this support article for the Refund policy and the next steps to take from there.

Yes, i did subscribed for the free trial, then paid for it today and then
it didnt work.
