Paid for the month, but premium ended

I have paid for the whole month, it was withdrawn from my bank account. It doesn't show up at my account receipts in spotify client, and because I ended spotify for the next month, because spotify thinks i haven't paid for this month, it ended right away...

So at this point it is basically as if they stole my money, very unhappy with this situation..

I hope someone from Spotify can make this right!

It is really driving me crazy that there is no customer support whatsoever..... I would really like this to be solved right now
