I upgraded to spotify family premium in 20/02. I received the payment confirmation and used spotify normally since today, that says that my payment failed and I have to update the payment method. Any help please?

In such case we suggest you check this help page. Don't worry if you're required to update the payment method. You can simply choose the payment from the drop-down menu provided. You won't pay twice for the current month. This is a mere confirmation of your payment details for the subscription.
