The screen on my Spotify app only gives me the option to downgrade because of a failed payment error. However, the website states that my subscription is up to date and paid for. I have tried to log out and uninstall the app but nothing has worked. How do I get my app back running? I have not been able to listen to any of my music for 2 days.

Thank you for your post in the Community. This seems odd.


You've mentioned that you've reinstalled the app. however, can you confirm that you followed the steps that are provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

On another note, does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?
