Paid the premium and it charged my card yet it won't let me use my premium

Paid the premium and it charged my card yet it won't let me use my premium

I paid the premium on my netspend card and when it said there was something wrong with my card I called the netspend and it says that you charged the 10 bucks but yet I'm not getting the spotify

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
