Paid trough iTunes but no premium

Hi, 

 

I updated my card details and payed trough ITunes for my subscription but it doesn't "transfer" to Spotify. When I log in to Spotify it says that I have to upgrade to premium. Please advise.

Hey @simoneriksson,

 

Up until a few months ago, it was possible to subscribe to Premium via iTunes. But doing so required an additional charge on top of the standard rate. So, Spotify decided to cut out the middleman by discontinuing iTunes subscriptions.

 

The good news is you can enjoy Premium for less, and it’s super easy! Just head to http://spoti.fi/2dXPfzf and upgrade to Premium. 🙂

Hi Maxim,

 

That's good, howewer, now I've already paid and the money has been credited from my bank account which means I've paid 129 SEK but my Spotify account still doesn't work. How can I activate my account this month without paying twice? I've ended the subscription at ITunes now but it's still active until the end of November. 

To get Premium, you would have to upgrade on https://spotify.com/premium.
